About Me

I’m Erika Neave. Coastal tide pools in northern California sparked my curiosity for marine biology.

I pursued that passion and earned a B.S. from Florida Tech. Now I study oceanography at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I’m broadly interested in the macroecology of microbiology, climate change impacts on biodiversity, and physical-biological interactions.
